What Findy collects — and what it does not
There is no account to create, no analytics SDK, no tracking or attribution SDK, and no server of ours that receives your scan results. This page explains that in plain language. The formal document is the privacy policy.

Every capability, and why it is there
Findy asks for a number of iOS permissions because each inspection method needs a different sensor. Here is the full list, what each is used for, and where the resulting data goes.

Findy also enables two iOS background modes — Bluetooth central and location — so that the tracker-following check can keep running when the app is not open. Both feed the same on-device comparison described above.
The only third-party code in the app
Findy contains exactly two third-party SDKs.
Superwall
Presents the paywall and reports whether your subscription entitlement is active. It is the one component with a network and data role.
Lottie
Renders animations. It has no network role and no data role — it draws vector animation files that ship inside the app.
There is no Firebase, no Crashlytics, no analytics library, no session replay, no attribution or install-tracking library, and no advertising library.

No scan results, camera frames, network inventories, Bluetooth listings or location data are sent to any of them.
Why "no session replay" matters here
Session replay is a category of SDK that records what happens on your screen — taps, scrolls and screen contents — and uploads it so the developer can watch the session back later. It is common in consumer apps and it is invisible to the user.
Findy has camera access, and you point that camera at rooms you are inspecting: hotel rooms, rentals, bedrooms. An app that combined camera access with screen recording would be uploading footage of those rooms. Findy uses no session replay SDK of any kind. Camera frames are analysed on the device and are discarded as they are processed, unless you save an image yourself.
Your subscription
Findy is free to download. The guided checklist, Bluetooth discovery and magnetic checks work without a subscription; the camera and network tools are part of the optional subscription at $39.99 per year in the US. The purchase is made through your Apple ID, managed in your App Store account settings, and cancelled there — not by us. We never see your payment details.
